Coprophagia

I have a long hair chihuahua that from the time we got her at 3 months, she started eating my other dogs feces & possibly her own. Is she lacking in a vitamin defiency? Help! I don't even like when she licks me!

No - I really understand why you don't like that.

I haven't heard any simple explanation which can fully explain why dogs eat there own or other dogs feces. It might be he lacking something, it can be a behavioral problem or perhaps be a sign of intestinal irritation (worms for example).

I advice my clients to add some to add some pineapple juice to the food and this can stop him eating his own feces.

I don't have any idea apart from try to worm him, may try to change his food or seek some behavioral advice so he might stop.

It is a difficult problem and I am sorry not being able to give you a better advice.
