My Comment

Hi Tabea

I don't know if the main problem is the

“lack of smell and the similar color of the diarrhea and vomit”

or the

diarrhea and vomiting itself?

If your dog has these problems I would recommend you to seek veterinary advice and have clinical examination done as soon as possible.

The yellow diarrhea is not necessary any specific sign. It can be, but I have far to less information to really know the exact reason.

The yellow vomiting is often taken as a sign of bile and a more severe vomiting compared to a more watery vomiting (like in car sickness)

A yellow diarrhea, that smells a lot, I often taken as being more serious and infectious type, compared to a less smelling diarrhea.

Sometimes a yellow diarrhea can be a sign of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency – in that case the diarrhea is often voluminous. Not much of the food are digested, it just passing through the intestines and ends up as feces.

This type of diarrhea may not be that smelly.

But again I can only strongly recommend you to let a college to me examine your dog to see if something is wrong.

All the best

It really helped out and I think she is fine again, I called the vet and he said take the food away for 24 hours and if she is still sick come in. She is fine now and all back to normal.
Thank you again.
