My Reply:
Dear Mrs Watkiss.
As I understand your question - You like to know about a dog diet suitable for your dog which contains white fish and rice.
Several brands could be a solution.
First of all hydrolyzed diets is perfect if food allergy is a problem.
The proteins is this type of food has been changed so the body nor able to recognize the proteins in the food.
Another type is dog food containing "white Fish"
Royal Canin have one called Sensitive - This is very good and one of my favorites.
Royal Canin's Hypoallergenic is hydrolyzed and Hills have one called Prescription Diet z/d.
All the best
