Nutrient Requirements?

Hello Per!

I am a 4th Year Nutrition Student in Canada, and I just got a Sharpei X Basset Hound. She was born June 23/10 and today she weighs 11.1kg

I would not like to feed my puppy commercial dog food and was hoping to plan my puppy's meals according to her nutrient requirements.

I could go to see a Vet Nutritionist, but my degree in nutrition has well equipped me!
I just need some assistance identifying what I should be feeding her.

Daily % of CHO, Protein, Fat, Fiber?
Calories?
Vitamins and Minerals?

I can't manage to find any literature online specific to the breed of my dog, would you be able to give me some guidelines?

Try to have a look on this book Nutrient Requirements of Dogs and Cats, Publisher: National Academies

This is comprehensive book and I use it sometimes (on the net "Google Books")
